Job summary

Journey is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily activities and comfort. You will assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and companionship while maintaining safety and dignity in a resident-centered environment.

As a CNA, you will monitor health indicators, document changes, and collaborate with the care team to deliver quality outcomes. Certification is required, with ongoing education encouraged.

Qualifications

• Certified in the state as a CNA/SRNA/GNA.
• Must attend a minimum of 12 hours continuing education programs provided by the center to maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, while offering emotional support and companionship.
• Monitor vital signs, document patient information accurately, and report changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
