Job summary

Aston Group is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver compassionate care in a residential setting in East Naples, FL. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor vital signs, and support mobility, ensuring dignity and comfort throughout shifts.

We welcome certified CNAs with strong communication skills and a caring attitude; prior long‑term or acute care experience is a plus. Full‑time and part‑time positions available with daily pay option and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification and high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active during shifts.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.
• Experience in long‑term care or acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
