Job summary

Patriot Health and Rehabilitation Center in Paris, Tennessee, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team per diem or PRN. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support nursing staff to ensure comfort and well-being.

Requirements include Tennessee CNA certification, experience in long-term care or rehab preferred, and willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Tennessee.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct professional care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers and exercise programs.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight, and other health indicators.
• Observe residents' physical and emotional condition and report concerns to supervisors.
• Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meals, hydration and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including making beds and changing linens.
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges and transfers while ensuring comfort.
• Document care provided accurately in medical records and charts.
• Communicate effectively with residents, facilities and other team members.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and urgent needs.

Patriot Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team in Paris, Tennessee. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to provide excellent care to our residents, assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

CNA Requirements

• -Active CNA Certification in Tennessee

• -Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred

• -Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment

• -Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
