Job summary

Celebrate Senior Living of Niles is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide to assist residents with daily needs, respond to calls, and work alongside a compassionate team. The 1st shift runs 6:00am-2:30pm in a supportive environment where staff are valued.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, completion of a state-approved training program, and an active Illinois CNA certificate; 1 year of CNA experience is preferred. Competitive pay and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of Illinois state-approved CNA training and competency program.
• Current Illinois CNA certification is required.
• Preferred: about 1 year of CNA experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily needs, including personal care and meals.
• Respond promptly to resident calls with a positive attitude.
• Work side by side with staff, residents, and families.
• Report condition changes to nursing staff and document as needed.
• Advocate for residents and support team leadership.
• Be knowledgeable about survey processes and best practices.

Job Description

• You will be supported in your work by a team that values one another and ensures your voice is heard
• Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance
• Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude
• Work side by side with other staff, the residents, and the loved ones of the residents
• Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed
• Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team
• Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices

Qualifications
