Legend Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals, and social interaction. You will monitor comfort and respond to residents' needs while documenting care and communicating with the care team.

State regulations require CNA certification; prior experience is preferred but not required. The role may involve evenings and weekends and offers benefits such as insurance, a 401(k), PTO,

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but it is not required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily care of residents: personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring residents' physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed.
• Documenting completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements.
• Communicating clearly with other staff about urgent needs for the next shift and any concerns to the Health Care Director.
• Managing assigned tasks within the scheduled shift while adhering to policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
