Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $27.00/hr

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our care team at Heatherwood Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Newport!

Openings on 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a with weekly pay and shift differentials on evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents according to established procedures.
• Participate in planning and following resident care plans.
• Complete assignments effectively and promptly.
• Observe and report changes in resident conditions.
• Accurately document care provided.
• Meet residents' grooming needs and respond to call lights promptly.
• Maintain clean and orderly care areas.
• Ensure proper identification of residents.
• Follow safety techniques as trained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be a registered CNA according to state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
