Interim HealthCare Inc. invites you to join our Naples & Bonita Springs, FL team as a Home Health CNA. We provide online courses to expand skills, earn CEUs, and pursue further nursing education with Rasmussen University tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Florida.
• CPR certification
• Able to effectively communicate, including reading, writing, and verbal reporting of clinical information to patients, caregivers, and staff.
• Able to communicate in English with all levels of the workforce.
• Florida driver's license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Compassionate nature and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors and those with illness, injury or chronic disease in patients' homes.
• Assist with daily activities: bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, eating and nutrition.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion.
• Check vitals, intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document changes.
• Collaborate with home health nurses and aides to follow the care plan.
• Observe patient and inform supervisor of issues requiring changes in care or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors and those with an illness, injury or chronic disease in their homes

• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes
• Work with a team of home health nurses and aides to ensure a patient’s care plan is followed
• Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or medical equipment

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active Nursing Assistant Certification in Florida
• CPR certification
• Able to effectively communicate, including the ability to read, write, and verbally report clinical information to patients, patient representatives (if any), patient’s caregivers and family, and agency staff.
• Able to effectively communication in English with all levels of the workforce, both clinical and non-clinical.
• Valid Floridadriver’s license, auto insurance and transportation
• Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
