Job summary

The Gardens at Monroe is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide quality daily care in a skilled nursing facility setting. We offer FT, PT, and Per Diem positions with all shifts available. Join a team dedicated to resident well-being and safe, comfortable care.

Responsibilities include helping residents with daily activities, taking vital signs, maintaining a safe environment, and following infection control procedures. CNA license required in NJ.

Qualifications

Active New Jersey CNA license is required.
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
SNF experience preferred.
Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
Take vital signs and report changes in resident condition.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Respond promptly to resident needs and support overall well-being.
Follow facility policies, infection control, and safety procedures.
