Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13‑week contract at a Skilled Nursing Facility. New grads welcome; travel opportunities with housing and travel stipends are available, and you can pursue permanent placement if desired.

You will assist residents with daily living, record vital signs, and maintain a safe, compassionate environment while building meaningful connections with residents and the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!
• Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physically fit for duty (within the past year).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other patient information.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship while promoting dignity and independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to facility policies.
