Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for assignments in Skilled Nursing Facilities. We offer competitive hourly pay with housing and travel stipends for travelers, and flexible contract lengths (13 weeks or permanent placements).

New grads are welcome and support is provided from onboarding to contract completion. You can choose days, evenings, or nights and enjoy a team that prioritizes patient connection and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• TB test/results up to date.
• Physical able to perform duties within the past year.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and other patient information.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship while promoting dignity.
• Maintain accurate documentation per facility policies.

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to facility policies.
