Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for placement in a Skilled Nursing Facility. The role supports residents with daily living activities and requires compassionate care, reliability, and strong teamwork.

The opportunity offers a 13‑week contract with option to extend or a permanent placement, shifts across days, evenings, or nights, and competitive pay with housing and travel stipends for travelers. New grads are encouraged to apply and will be supported throughout.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical stating fit for duty.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs, weights and other patient information.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship while promoting dignity.
• Maintain timely documentation according to facility policies.

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Requirements:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment (or ability to obtain) – New grads welcome!
