Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in the Plymouth, MA area. This role offers 13 weeks (with option to extend) or a permanent placement, with days, evenings, or nights available and a competitive hourly pay plus housing and travel stipends for travelers.

New grads are welcome, and we emphasize compassionate, patient-centered care, teamwork, and reliable communication with the nursing staff to support residents daily.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment (new grads welcome).
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical able to perform duties (within the past year).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other patient information.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Provide emotional support and companionship while promoting dignity and independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to facility policies.

Requirements:
