Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in a contract that spans 13 weeks with an option to extend or a permanent placement path. The position offers an excellent hourly rate plus housing and travel stipends for travelers.

New grads are welcome and there are flexible options to travel nationwide or stay closer to home with permanent placement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of employment (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain).
• Current TB test/results.
• Current physical fit for duty (within the past year).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other patient information.
• Observe changes in residents and report to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Provide emotional support and companionship while promoting dignity and independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility policies.
