Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $18.00/hr

Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking compassionate CNAs in the Memphis, TX area to assist with daily living and personal care services in patients' homes, following a physician-established care plan. This is a 1099 contract role with patients needing approximately 40 hours/month.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care at home, under RN supervision, according to the Aide Plan of Care
• Report changes in patient condition to the RN/care team and document relevant information
• Practice infection control principles to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Assist patients with light housekeeping, meal prep, proper nutrition, and hydration
• Communicate positively and respectfully with patients, caregivers, families, and staff
• Assist with safe transfers and ambulation as per agency policies
• Complete annual education hours

Minimum Qualifications

• Active CNA certification
• At least 1 year of direct client care experience or home health services within the past 24 months
• Current CPR certification
• Willingness to undergo TB testing
• Dependable transportation
