Job summary

The Greens at Pinehurst in Pinehurst, NC is seeking compassionate CNAs for day and night shifts on our skilled nursing and rehabilitation campus. Full-time roles include 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, document care, support mealtimes, provide companionship, and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active North Carolina CNA certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene
• Monitor vital signs and accurately document care provided

Available Schedules

• Full-time

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

• 12-hour shifts
