Job summary

The Greens at Lincolnton is hiring CNAs to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a warm, team-based environment. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth across shifts 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and PRN assignments.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina CNA certification
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Long-term care experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving dignity and independence
• Assist nurses with treatments and clinical care as directed
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Record accurate documentation of care provided
• Help create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team
