Job summary

Ridgewood Terrace a Concord Health Systems facility is seeking dependable CNAs to join our team for full-time day and night shifts in Western Kentucky. This locally owned nursing home group prioritizes respectful, attentive care that supports resident dignity and well-being.

The CNA will assist residents with daily care needs, monitor changes, document care, and collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to ensure compliant, high-quality care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Kentucky.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Provide patient care and support in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and repositioning.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky.

Our focus is on providing respectful, attentive care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well-being of each resident. The CNA plays a key role in assisting residents with daily care needs while maintaining a calm, supportive environment during the shift.

Essential Duties

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide patient care and support in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Accurately document care provided in the medical record system
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Kentucky
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home preferred (but not required)
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts (including nights if applicable)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
