Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including ADLs (bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene).
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions.
• Take and record vital signs, weights, input/output as directed.
• Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas.
• Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members.
• Participate in care planning under licensed nursing staff.
