Job summary

Mt Holly Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Lumberton Township, NJ. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities across shifts (7 AM–3 PM, 3 PM–11 PM, 11 PM–7 AM) with weekend Baylor options and daily pay.

You will assist residents with ADLs under supervision, provide compassionate care, and report changes to licensed staff. NJ CNA license required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.
