Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our 128-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities with shifts from 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, and 11PM-7AM, along with same-day pay and various shift differentials.

Qualified CNAs will hold an active New Jersey CNA license and demonstrate compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered CNA license in New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.

Responsabilités

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

$1.50 Shift Diff for evening shift

$1 Shift Diff for night shift

$2 Shift Diff weekends all shifts

$1,500 Sign-on Bonus for FT after 90 days (7 AM- 3 PM and 3 PM- 11 PM)

Range: $19.50/hr. - $26.00/hr. an hour (all inclusive)
