Avalon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Pennsylvania is seeking an NJ Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate care team. Full- and part-time positions with Per Diem options are available across all shifts.

As a CNA you will assist with activities of daily living, observe and report changes, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment. We offer a supportive workplace with competitive hourly pay and benefits such as tuition reimbursement and a 401(k) match.

Formación

• Must hold a current, active CNA license in the state of employment.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Full-time, EOW: 7 AM- 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM & 11 PM- 7 AM

Part-time, every other weekend required: All shifts

Per Diem, 1 weekend a month required (Saturday and Sunday): All shifts

$20.50 - $27 per hour (all inclusive)
$3 No Frills (waive benefits, PTOs and holidays - for full-time employees only)
