Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Health Care in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with a daily pay option.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor conditions, and maintain a safe, comfortable environment while coordinating with licensed nurses for resident-centered care. Active NJ CNA license required; we offer tuition reimbursement, benefits, and shift differentials

Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available Daily Pay Available! 7 AM - 3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM, 11 PM - 7 AM $18-$24 an hour (all-inclusive) At Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Health Care, we believe that every interaction is an opportunity to provide comfort, dignity, and meaningful care. Responsibilities for CNAs:

• Provide basic resident care under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing staff in a safe, compassionate, and respectful manner.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility assistance, and changing linens.
• Provide supportive care and services to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and daily living needs are consistently met.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment that promotes dignity and well-being for all residents.
• Support nursing staff and the care team in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications for CNAs:

• Must hold a current, active, and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple residents in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
• Demonstrated compassion, patience, and commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately and consistently.
