Hilltop Healthcare & Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Altoona, PA!

We're looking for dependable and compassionate CNAs to join our supportive nursing team. New graduate CNAs are welcome, and qualified candidates may be able to start as early as next week.

Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• Per Diem

• 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available

CNA Benefits & Incentives

• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus for eligible employees

About the Position

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Hilltop Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you'll provide hands‑on care and support that helps our residents maintain their dignity, comfort and quality of life.

You'll work closely with nurses and other members of the healthcare team to provide safe, person-centered care.
