Hilltop Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Altoona, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. New graduates welcome; PRN shifts available and start as early as next week.

As an LPN, you will administer medications, monitor residents, assist with care plans, and supervise CNAs in a supportive environment. We offer health, vision & dental insurance, PTO, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus plus more incentives.

About the Position

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Hilltop Healthcare & Rehabilitation, you'll provide hands-on nursing care to our residents while working alongside our nursing team and other healthcare professionals.
