Job summary

Oasis at the Conch Republic in Key West, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and collaborate with the nursing team to support individualized care plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and management

• Maintain accurate and confidential records and reports

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, including engaging in activities and conversations

Requirements:

• Currently certified or eligible to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field preferred

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and colleagues
