Job summary

Oasis at the Keys Nursing and Rehab in Tavernier, Florida, is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide high-quality care to residents and promote independence.

As a CNA, you will assist with daily activities, monitor resident condition, support meals and hydration, and maintain accurate care records, in a fast-paced, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the RN or other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration to ensure proper nutrition.
• Support residents with personal care needs, including incontinence care and mobility assistance.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and services.

Oasis at the Keys Nursing and Rehab, a leading Nursing Home in Tavernier, Florida, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
