Oasis at the Keys Nursing and Rehab in Tavernier, Florida, is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our care team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, monitor conditions, and support nutrition and hydration while upholding resident rights and confidentiality.

Formación

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Florida.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the registered nurse or other healthcare professionals.
• Assist with meals, snacks, and hydration, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and hydration.
• Support residents with their personal care needs, including incontinence care and mobility assistance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to goal-setting and problem-solving discussions.
• Promote a positive work environment by maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful atmosphere.

Educación

CNA certification (Florida)

High school diploma or equivalent
