Job summary

Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated healthcare team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, provide emotional support, and maintain care records in a warm, welcoming environment.

Join us to benefit from increased nursing shift differential up to $4/hour, advanced pay for hourly staff, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs. Eligible referrals also earn bonuses.

Qualifications

• Missouri CNA certification active.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Provide emotional support to residents and families.
• Maintain accurate resident care records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Participate in quarterly in-service training and Continuing Education programs.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Aspire Senior Living Warsaw, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
