Job summary

Carmel Hills Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants for the overnight team. Shift hours are 7p-7a on site in Missouri. Active CNA certification in Missouri is required, with CPR/BLS preferred.

New CNAs are welcome and will join a supportive skilled nursing environment. You'll work with residents to assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals, and report changes to nursing staff while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri CNA certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred, but new CNAs welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Observe changes and report to nursing staff.
• Assist with feeding, repositioning and transfers.
• Maintain accurate resident documentation.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.

CNA Responsibilities

• Assist with feeding, repositioning, and transfers
• Maintain accurate resident documentation
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Missouri
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new CNAs are welcome to apply
