Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time day weekend and evening shifts in Idaho Falls. The role offers a new wage scale with CNA pay up to $22.50/hour plus shift differentials: evenings +$1.00 and NOC +$2.00.

An associate referral program adds $1/hour per referral while both employees remain full-time. As a CNA, you will provide routine nursing care to patients, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, while upholding Life

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws.
• Deliver direct care to patients (e.g., bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting) as directed by the team.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain professional working relationships with all associates and vendors.
