Life Care Centers of America in Fort Morgan, Colorado is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team. You will provide routine daily nursing care, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting, under the guidance of licensed staff.

The position requires a state-approved CNA program completion, an active license, CPR certification, and offers a $5.00 shift differential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Current CNA license in good standing in the applicable state; maintain it.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation; must stay current.
• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with laws and Life Care standards.
• Perform direct care tasks (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting) as directed by the care plan.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care.
• Maintain professional relationships with all associates and vendors.

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
