Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Port Townsend, WA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver routine daily nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. Duties include bathing, feeding, grooming, and assisting with daily activities under the direction of licensed staff.

We offer full-time and PRN schedules, competitive wages ($23–$28.69/hour DOE), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, CEUs, and license reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Active license required.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients, following laws and Life Care standards.
• Assist with bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.

Shift Differentials: Evening (EVE) and Night (NOC)

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
