Life Care Centers of America in Louisville, Tennessee is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time day shift (7:00 am–7:00 pm). The position includes a generous $3,500 sign-on bonus and opportunities to grow within a nationwide provider committed to quality patient care.

Responsibilities include delivering routine daily nursing care, assisting with bathing, feeding, grooming, and other tasks as directed, while maintaining compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State with active license.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with Life Care standards.
• Deliver direct care including bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, and related tasks as directed.
• Exhibit professional conduct and work within an interdisciplinary team.

Formation

As an important member of our interdisciplinary team, the CNA is responsible for providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily responsibilities will be to deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed. Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
