Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Hawaii is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caregiving team. You will provide routine daily nursing care to patients in accordance with laws and Life Care standards, including bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.

Join our multidisciplinary team and help deliver compassionate patient care. Requires high school diploma, CNA program completion, active licensure, CPR certification, and a willingness to meet the needs of residents

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State; active license required.
• One year skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation; must stay current.

Paid Time Off

Paid Days Off (PDO) benefit accrues time off for sick, absent, tardy, vacation, personal, etc. at 4.66 minutes for every hour worked after successfully passing the introductory period. Accrual levels increase with length of service.

Holidays

Eight holidays are paid at time and one-half if worked and criteria is met.

Education, Experience, And Licensure Requirements

• Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.
• One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
• CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation. CPR certification must remain current during employment.
