The Greens at Viewmont is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care for residents at our Hickory, NC facility. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the care team to promote comfort and well-being.

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN options are available with 8-hour shifts. A sign-on bonus of up to $7,000 is offered for full-time hires, plus opportunities for growth within the nursing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active North Carolina CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and personal care
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents during meals and with mobility needs
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care

Schedule Options

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• 8-hour shifts:
  • 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
  • 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff
