Job summary

The Greens at Viewmont in Hickory, NC seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 1st shift (7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.). Full-time roles include a sign-on bonus up to $7,000.

You will provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, document care, and support a compassionate, TEAM-FOCUSED environment with nurses and the care team.

Qualifications

• Active NC CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents with meals, mobility and daily routines.
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality care.
