The Greens at Viewmont in North Carolina is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on resident care, assist with daily living activities, and support the care team in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

The role offers multiple schedule options (Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN) with 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., or 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. shifts, every other weekend, and potential for growth along CNA to CMA pathways.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Active North Carolina CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and personal care.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents during meals and with mobility needs.
• Provide emotional support and build relationships with residents.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and personal care
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents during meals and with mobility needs
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality care

Schedule Options

• Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• 8-hour shifts:
  • 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
  • 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
  • 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Flexible scheduling available for PRN staff
