Job summary

Greens at Hendersonville is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our premier Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hendersonville, NC. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs, flexible scheduling, and career advancement opportunities through our Career Ladder Program.

As a CNA, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, support meals, and report changes to the nursing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current North Carolina CNA Certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Monitor vital signs and accurately document resident information.
• Support residents during meals while encouraging independence and dignity.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for every resident.
