Greens at Gastonia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our 3rd shift team in Gastonia, NC. This full-time role involves supporting residents with daily living activities, monitoring health, and assisting with meals and medication management.

We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus, opportunities for growth, and education support in a caring, professional environment. The shift runs 11pm to 7am, with every other weekend required, and PRN flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current North Carolina CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and maintain accurate health records.
• Support residents during mealtimes and assist with medication management.
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents.
