What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide hands-on, compassionate care, ensuring residents feel comfortable and respected.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and well-being to nurses and the care team.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
• Offer emotional support and companionship, helping residents feel connected and engaged.
• Support a resident-first approach, respecting individual preferences and dignity.

What You Bring to the Team:

• CNA Certification – Active and in good standing in the state of North Carolina.
• CPR Certification – Preferred, but not required.
• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the healthcare field.
• Experience in Assisted Living, Senior Care, or Long-Term Care is a plus, but not required.
