Job summary

PACS Group in Concord, CA is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time AM and NOC shifts. You will provide resident-centered care, assist with ADLs, and document care plans under the supervision of licensed staff.

Qualifications

• Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
• Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident’s individualized care plan.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Obtain and document vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide attentive, respectful care.
• Accurately document resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
