Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Montgomery County, PA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct, personalized care to residents within our skilled nursing community.

You will perform ADLs, monitor vital signs, document care, and work with licensed nurses to support restorative programs while adhering to infection control and safety guidelines. The role offers evening/weekend shifts and a pathway for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification per state regulations.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in skilled nursing or senior care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care based on Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, mobility, dining, and toileting.
• Obtain and report vital signs, intake, and changes in condition.
• Partner with licensed nurses on restorative and care planning programs.
• Support fall prevention, skin care, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and restorative records.
• Respond promptly to resident, family, and visitor concerns.
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety guidelines at all times.
