Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated CNA to provide direct, compassionate care in a skilled nursing environment. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and support residents’ activities of daily living under the supervision of licensed nurses.

Role emphasizes infection control, accurate documentation, and collaboration with care teams. Evening/weekend availability, strong communication, and calm demeanor are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification per state regulations.
• High School Diploma/GED
• Skilled nursing or senior care experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and peak service times

Responsabilités

• Deliver care based on Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, mobility, dining, and toileting
• Obtain and report vital signs, intake, and changes in condition
• Partner with licensed nurses on restorative and care planning programs
• Support fall prevention, skin care, and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and restorative records
• Respond promptly to resident, family, and visitor concerns
• Follow infection control, OSHA, and safety guidelines at all times

Pay Range:

17.30 - 21.70
