As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, helping them recover from surgery, injury, or serious illness.
As a CNA at Fort Wayne Health Campus, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting changes in patient condition to the nursing staff. You will work closely with our interprofessional team to ensure our residents receive comprehensive care that meets their unique needs.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Monitor and report changes in patient condition, including vital signs and medication administration
Provide emotional support and assistance with mealtime, mobility, and ambulation
Assist with transfers, lifts, and repositioning of residents
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including sanitation and organization of the unit
