Job summary

Oasis at 30th in Indianapolis is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on the 2nd shift. You will deliver individualized care per resident care plans, assist with ADLs, and report changes to the clinical team.

This full-time role offers $17–$18 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, and Paid Time Off. You will help residents maintain dignity and quality of life while connecting with families.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan


• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity


• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team


• Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience


• Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences


• Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent required


• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
