Job summary

Cedarhurst Senior Living in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time, 2nd shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM). The CNA provides direct, hands-on personal care to residents, assists with daily living activities, and supports a safe, dignified living environment.

You will monitor residents, report changes to the care team, assist with meals and activities, and collaborate with staff to promote independence.

Qualifications

• CPR or LBS certification preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in common digital tools and applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Completion of an accredited CNA program is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs including grooming, hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the care team.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, and activities to promote resident independence.
• Promote safe, clean, and supportive environments and communicate with residents, families, and staff.
