Job summary

Ambassador Healthcare at College Park in Fort Myers, FL is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team across all shifts. You will provide essential daily living support to residents, help with bathing, grooming, meals, and mobility, while maintaining dignity and respect.

Work alongside nurses and health care staff to monitor residents, document changes, and encourage activities that enhance comfort, safety, and quality of life in a warm, home-like environment.

Qualifications

Your Role as a CNA:

You’ll play an essential part in enhancing residents’ comfort, safety, and quality of life by:

• Promoting Comfort & Safety: Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional well-being and responding to changes with care and attentiveness.

• Fostering Connections: Building meaningful relationships with residents and families, creating trust and a true sense of belonging.

• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensuring residents’ rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and sanitary.

• Accurate Documentation: Recording and reporting changes in residents’ conditions and care plans to support effective teamwork.

• Collaborating with the Team: Working alongside nurses and healthcare staff to deliver individualized, holistic care.

• Enhancing Quality of Life: Engaging residents in activities that support physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Florida.
