Job summary

Legend Senior Living in Texas is seeking outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You will assist residents with daily living activities and help maintain their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities include personal care, grooming, hygiene, monitoring residents, documenting shift reports and communicating needs to the Health Care Director. Some evening or weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring residents' comfort and responding as needed.

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.). You will make a difference in the lives of residents by assisting them with their activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift
