Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the nursing team in our Oklahoma City location. You will help residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and contribute to a supportive, home-like environment.

Responsibilities include personal care, grooming, meals, and documenting care with the care team. This role may require evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth and participating in our recognized Great Place To Work program.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required by state regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals and mobility.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document shift reports and resident records accurately.
• Communicate clearly with health care staff about urgent needs and concerns.
• Manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift

• Required: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) as required by state regulations
• Prefer: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
