Legend Senior Living is seeking outstanding Certified Nursing Assistants to join our nursing team in Fort Worth, TX. You will help residents with activities of daily living and make a difference in their lives.

You will assist with personal care, grooming, hygiene, meals, and daily activities, monitor comfort, document tasks, and communicate with the Health Care Director. The role may require evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, and meals.
• Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed.
• Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports and resident records.
• Communicate clearly with staff, including urgent needs for the next shift and any concerns to the Health Care Director.
• Demonstrate ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the nursing team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.). You will make a difference in the lives of residents by assisting them with their activities of daily living.

Responsibilities-- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Assisting with the daily care of the residents, including: Personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals.
• Monitoring the resident’s physical and emotional comfort and responding as needed
• Documenting completed tasks such as: Daily shift report, resident records and negotiated service agreement
• Confidentially communicating clearly to other staff, such as: Urgent needs for the next shift and all concerns to the Health Care Director
• Demonstrating the ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift

Bonus opportunities-- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Perfect attendance bonus—$75 for full‑time (up to a $1,950 annual benefit) and $35 for part‑time (up to a $910 annual benefit)
